Ordering
We accept orders by phone, fax , email or mail. Please call us at (626)448-3998 Monday through Friday
9 am -5 pm Pacific Time. You can also fax us 24 hours a day at (626)448-3198.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground.

Minimum Purchase
Total minimum purchase amount is $200.00 at the first order. No minimum purchase on reordering.

Methods Of Payment
Payment may be made with MasterCard, VISA, American Express or C.O.D. To establish a Net 30 account, please send us a written notice of a bank reference, three trade references and your federal ID number.

Discrepancy
Blue Elegance will not issue credit or accept returns after 10 days from shipment date. Returns without damages will incur a 20% restocking fee. All returns must include an RMA number on the return shipping label or it will not be accepted.
